PAYMENTS

We accept payments made with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY and PAYPAL.

Our prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

SHIPPING

Please allow us between 1-3 business days to process your order. As soon as your order has been processed, your items will be shipped within 24 hours.

*Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor public holidays (Canadian holidays)*

Orders are shipped via DHL and Canada Post.

We ship internationally .

PRE-ORDER TERMS

All our pre-order items are non-refundable but exchangeable.

Shipping dates may be subject to delays, thus vary.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges may occur deoending in your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expenses .

SERVICE DELAYS

Lana Denina is not responsible for missing or stolen packages, please contact the courier for these issues.

Lana Denina is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external circumstances which may delay the delivery of your order (clearance, customs and tax, incidence, etc).

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do accept exchanges if you notify us and return us the item within 7 days from the day you received your order.

*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.*

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellation only with notification via email to us at info@lanadenina.ca with 24h of order placement. However, if your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, we won’t be able to cancel your order.

RETURNS

In case you change your mind and want to return an item, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
